Work out the FUN way!  Utilizing Motivity Trapezes as the aerial apparatus in each class, exercises are   designed to improve strength & flexibility. Work out is performed in the space between the ground & apparatus & on the apparatus with levels of difficulty to suit each individual.  An exciting, effective way to  become the "ultimate you"!
